J.P. Morgan Chase Scholarship Program

Morgan Chase Scholarship ProgramHigh school seniors who are graduating this year and plan to pursue a four-year course from any of the five boroughs are invited to apply for the J.P. Morgan Chase’s Thomas G. Labrecque Smart Start Scholarship Program.  The scholarships will be awarded to deserving students basing on academic achievement and financial need.
10-20 high school graduates will become a part of the yearly scholarship program just before every start of the school year. Scholarship recipients are given full-tuition financial aid to any of the listed schools by the program. The list of school is available at the J.P. Morgan Site. Applicants are required to take a look at the list.
Thomas G. Labrecque Smart Start Scholarship Program accepts applicants every year.
The scholarship provides a paid internship at JPMorgan chase throughout the program. Stipend for books and school supplies are given yearly. Peer advisors and mentors are around to help students during their stay in the corporate. A Smart Start program manager is also around and willing to give assistance. Scholarship recipients will be involved and honed in care planning for their total growth.
Scholarship eligibility:
  • A graduating high school senior
  • A resident of New York City
  • Accepted to one of the listed colleges
  • Plans to pursue a field of study not under fine arts or life science
Same with most scholarships 2012, the program will be following certain rules in the selection of the students. Scholarship applicants will be notified just before the school year starts.
